  • All original tags attached and packaging included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.

  • Days 8–14: eligible for store credit only.

Non-returnable items: final sale items, gift cards, and items marked “non-returnable.” Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

How to Start a Return

  2. Package the item securely with all tags and packing.
  3. Ship using the provided label (if applicable) or your preferred tracked carrier.
  4. We’ll process your refund or store credit once inspected (typically 3–5 business days).
